What is Pathstream?
Pathstream is reshaping the way employees and managers excel in their careers. We work with companies to offer tailored coaching, skill-building, and personalized career guidance to help unlock the potential of some of their most critical employees.
Who is eligible for Pathstream?
Most Specialist, Professional, and Management roles within the contact center and retail operations organizations are eligible to create an account to access the Pathstream experience and the one-on-one coaching.
How much does this program cost?
For eligible employees, there is no upfront cost. Free professional coaching and other resources are available to eligible employees regardless of tenure. Citizens Bank fully covers Pathstream professional certificates through your tuition reimbursement benefit via EdAssist.
When you enroll, you can sign a Tuition Deferral Agreement that allows you to start your program without paying anything upfront, complete your coursework, submit for reimbursement through EdAssist, and pay Pathstream only after you receive reimbursement. To be eligible for a certificate, you must have a tenure of at least 6 months at Citizens Bank and cannot be a vendor. Learn more about the reimbursement process: pathstream.info/citizens-edassist.
What is the time commitment of certificate programs?
Certificate programs are designed for working professionals and vary in length from 7 to 9 weeks. You should typically expect to spend about 3 to 5 hours a week on coursework and projects. Each program is flexibly-paced with no live component, meaning you can move as quickly or slowly as you’d like through each course, as long as you complete all sections and projects during the course period. We provide a suggested course schedule to help pace yourself through each course.
What are the steps to enroll in a Pathstream Texas A&M certificate program?
Here’s the full enrollment process:
Talk to your manager — Discuss your interest in Pathstream, your career goals, and confirm your eligibility before enrolling.
Submit a reimbursement application in Bright Horizons – EdAssist at the time of enrollment.
A. Confirm approval in EdAssist.
B. Confirm your enrollment plans with your manager.
Enroll in a Pathstream Texas A&M certificate program.
Upon program completion, upload your certificate of completion and tuition deferral agreement in Bright Horizons – EdAssist.
Receive reimbursement funds and use them to pay your tuition invoice.
If at any point you’re unsure about your eligibility, next steps, or where you are in the process, we recommend pausing and checking in with your manager or the Pathstream support team before moving forward.
What prerequisites do I need?
There are no prerequisites for these certificate programs. Our courses are designed to help those with little or no experience get started. All skill experience levels are welcome! To receive reimbursement from your employer, you must be eligible per your employer’s policy.
I already created an account. How do I log into Pathstream?
You can log in and access your Pathstream account at citizensbank.pathstream.com.
What technology and devices do I need?
Any device with a stable internet connection gives you access to your coursework, coaching, and activities. Most employees use a personal device to complete their certificate program. Some certificates can be completed entirely on a mobile device or tablet, while others include labs or projects that require a PC or Mac laptop or desktop. Your coach can help you find the best fit for your situation.
What happens after I create an account?
After you complete the short form at the top of this landing page, you will receive an email from help@pathstream.com with the subject line: “Welcome to Pathstream.” Click on the link in that email and you will be asked to answer a short series of questions which we will use to personalize the career guidance and recommended certificate program for you. You will also have the option of scheduling a call with a coach to further discuss your goals. From there, you will be able to enroll directly in the certificate program and receive next steps on how to get started learning.
Do I have to meet with a coach?
Meeting with a coach is optional, but most employees we’ve worked with strongly recommend it. Our coaches have worked with thousands of employees and on average they receive a rating of 4.9/5. You can work with a coach to learn more about the certificate program, clarify and discuss your career goals, workshop current challenges you are facing, or discuss how to apply what you are learning in the certificate program to your job.
Will I earn a certificate?
After completing a certificate program and passing all required courses in the program, you will receive a university credentialed certificate. The certificate has no expiration date and we will share instructions on how you can list your accomplishment on LinkedIn and other places.
Will I earn CMP (Customer Management Practice) certification?
After completing certain Pathstream certificate programs, you will be prepared to take and pass the CMP Certified Exam.You will be provided with a voucher code that allows you to take the CMP exam for free.
Can I work full-time while enrolled in the program?
Yes, the entire certificate program experience is online and can be completed on your own schedule as long as you work towards the deadlines set in each course. There are no set times or classes when you need to log in. Our courses are designed for working professionals!
Can I take more than 1 certificate at a time?
No. You will not be able to sign up for multiple certificate programs simultaneously.
